These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ALVEST SOLUTIONS PVT LTD for your use of Alvest, including the website at alvest.planitt.in and related mobile applications. By creating an account, signing in with Google, or using Alvest, you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Services

Alvest offers software-as-a-service for market education, algorithmic tooling, and subscription workflows. Content is designed for learning, not as a substitute for licensed investment advice.

We may add, modify, or retire features with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • Users must be 18+ or use the platform with valid guardian consent.
  • Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials.
  • If you sign in with Google, you must use an account you are authorized to access and keep that account secure.

3. Google sign-in

Alvest may allow account creation and login through Google OAuth or Google Identity Services. When you choose this method, you authorize Google to share basic account information approved by you, such as your name, email address, and profile image.

Google sign-in is used only to authenticate you, create or recover your Alvest account, improve account security, and support account-related communications. Alvest is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Google except for use of Google's authentication services.

4. Billing & subscriptions

  • Paid modules require an active subscription or one-time purchase.
  • Billing may recur monthly or annually via Razorpay or Stripe.
  • Pricing and plan tiers may change with prior notice.
  • Refunds follow Alvest policy and applicable RBI or payment-gateway rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, violate applicable laws, distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale without permission, or infringe intellectual property.

6. Intellectual property

Platform software, branding, course materials, and signal frameworks are owned by Alvest or licensors. Your access is a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for permitted personal use.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Market and educational content is informational only and does not constitute SEBI-registered investment advice or a solicitation to trade.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to arbitration and/or courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, as applicable.
